Service terms, pre-requisites, and what to expect.
Pre-Requisites for Nutrition Consult
- 1Completed diet history form (filled by the pet parent)
- 2Completed medical history form (filled by your primary vet)
- 3For Wellness Nutrition consults: Blood reports (CBC, LFT, KFT), Stool and urine reports. Validity: 3 months.
- 4For Therapeutic Nutrition consults: CBC, LFT, KFT and any additional tests as advised, Stool and Urine reports. Validity: one week.
- 5All diagnostic tests must be processed at a Veterinary Diagnostic Lab ONLY. Any follow-up tests must be done at the same lab for better interpretation.
- 6Attendance of all persons involved in preparing or serving the pet's meals is recommended at the consult.
Kindly Note
- 1Reserve at least 30 minutes to complete the diet history form. All food measurements must be done on a digital kitchen scale ONLY.
- 2Your primary care veterinarian is a vital partner. Medical records must be duly filled by your vet and sent to us before any dietary recommendation is made.
What to Expect
- 1Relevant dietary information regarding your pet's medical condition or wellness queries during the consult.
- 2Individualised diet plans tailored to your pet.
- 3Each consultation includes: one in-person visit + online video consult (1 hour total); one follow-up video/tele consult within 3 weeks of receiving the diet prescription (15 min); one nutritional formulation (one diet recipe prescription); immediate follow-up for food rejection or aversions up to 3 days post-prescription.
- 4All pre-requisites, forms, and reports will be reviewed before the online video consultation.
- 5Submission of ALL pre-requisites is mandatory before an appointment is confirmed.
- 6The full process (from submission to consult) typically takes up to 10 days.
- 7Final diet prescription will be emailed within 5 days of the online video consult.
- 8Urgent prescription (within 24–48 hours) is available at an additional fee.

- 10Healthy pets in the same household are considered a separate chargeable consultation.
- 11All services are by appointment ONLY.
- 12Additional interim follow-up consultations are chargeable.
- 13Fees once paid are non-refundable.
Once full payment is confirmed, we will email a portal registration link. After registration, portal access is activated and pre-requisite forms can be completed there.
