Concierge FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

Everything below is organized around the consultation flow, so you can find answers quickly and get straight to what matters.

Process

How the consultation begins

How does the online consultation work?

You begin by submitting a consultation request. After review, our team guides you through onboarding, payment, account activation, case information collection, and then scheduling for the live consultation.

What happens after I submit the brochure or consultation request?

Your request is screened by the team first. If the case is suitable, you receive the next onboarding steps, including payment guidance and access to the required forms.

How is payment handled?

Payment instructions are shared after the initial request is reviewed. Once payment is confirmed, account access and the rest of the consultation workflow are activated.

Case Prep

What information you may need

What information is usually required before the consultation?

Diet history, medical background, appetite patterns, body-weight information, current feeding practices, and any relevant clinical reports help create a more precise consultation.

Do I need to upload medical records or test reports?

If you have bloodwork, imaging, prescriptions, or case notes, they can be very useful. They are not always mandatory, but they often improve clinical accuracy.

Is this only for pets with illness, or also for healthy pets?

Both. Some families come for disease-specific nutritional support, while others want structured guidance for growth, weight control, maintenance, or long-term preventive care.

Aftercare

What happens after the live review

Do you provide a written nutrition plan?

Yes. The service is designed around giving you a detailed, personalised diet prescription that you can follow at home with confidence.

Is follow-up included?

Yes. Each consultation includes one follow-up session within 3 weeks, plus immediate support for food rejection or aversions up to 3 days post-prescription.

Can I book additional follow-ups?

Yes. Additional interim follow-up consultations are available at a separate fee. These help with plan refinement and long-term tracking.
